Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Detail Technician to join our team. The Detail Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and overall condition of vehicles by performing detailed cleaning, restoration, and protection services. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive care, and the ability to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing:

   • Execute thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.

   • Vacuum and shampoo carpets, clean and condition upholstery, and address any stains or blemishes.

   • Apply protective treatments to surfaces, such as paint sealants and fabric protectors.

2. Quality Inspection:

   • Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify areas that require special attention or repair.

   • Ensure that all cleaning and detailing services meet company and industry standards.

3. Polishing and Restoration:

   • Utilize polishing equipment and techniques to restore and enhance the appearance of paint, chrome, and other vehicle surfaces.

   • Address minor paint imperfections and scratches, ensuring a flawless finish.

4. Interior Refurbishment:

   • Repair and refurbish interior components, such as dashboard, door panels, and trim, to maintain a premium look and feel.

   • Install accessories and enhancements requested by clients.

5. Customer Service:

   • Interact with customers to understand their specific detailing needs and preferences.

   • Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and explain detailing processes and recommendations.

6. Equipment Maintenance:

   • Maintain and operate detailing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

   • Report any equipment issues promptly and coordinate repairs or replacements.
      

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Knowledge of detailing products, techniques, and equipment.

• Ability to work efficiently and independently.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, and lifting.
   

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification in automotive detailing is a plus.
   

Working Conditions:

• The role may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Some tasks may require physical exertion, including lifting and bending.
